We put the finishing touches on the Executive Summary that we are going to use for our investor pitches. Now for the really hairy part... pitching investors. It's not always as bad as people make it out to be, but its also been worse than they ever say. Rather than approach a group of smaller partial investors we are going to try to fund Henge Docks with a single, large investor. This may seem obvious, but every extra investor a project has on board is a risk of an extra burden on management. If we can't lock down a single large investor in the next 60 days, we will start to look for smaller, fractional investments.
