Accidental Relaunch

On Friday we had a miscommunication with our new web development company that resulted in a live shopping cart being launched on the homepage.  It was up for a matter of minutes before Alex caught a bunch of orders being placed for inventory we don't have, which is obviously not a good thing.  All in all, about 30 orders slipped through and 100 or so contact emails were lost in the transition, though no credit cards were actually charged.  We've notified everyone we could identify that got caught up in this, if for some reason you're reading this trying to figure out what happened I apologize for any inconvenience this caused, we'll have a real relaunch very soon!

You’re absolutely correct and it’s driving us crazy. We ordered what we thought was a two month supply of the 13-inch units for launch, those sold out in a week. We basically had to go back to the drawing board and rebuild the company and our supply chain to accommodate demand. Its pretty painful though to have interested customers pouring in and having to turn them away!

Any chance of a new “release date”? I think there’s quite a big demand for your solution, but you’re losing momentum and coverage through the delay and lack of review samples for the tech blogs imho.

Looking forward to a “real” launch!
