All Henge Docks orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed pending product availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing same day, pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the following day, pending product availability and credit card verification. Henge Docks does not fulfill orders on weekends & holidays, so orders placed after 1 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please submit your request by 10:30 AM PST Monday through Friday by following the link below. Due to the frequency in which orders are fulfilled and the volume in which orders are placed, Henge Docks cannot guarantee any cancellation requests.
To cancel your order, please follow the link below and submit your request to our Customer Support. Select “Cancellation Request” from the drop down and fill out the rest of the form completely with your Henge Docks order number and your full name. Please do not reply to your order confirmation.
